Your event planner offers a whole set design according to your expectations. Depending on your desires, your organizer stay with you every step of planning your reception (research, coordination, monitoring logistics providers : location, catering, music, entertainment, decorations ...). Your event planner developing your budget as well as all the "tools" needed for event-planning your reception (retro planning, peeled, manager invited ...).

• L’ORCHIDEE SAUVAGE: A la carte organization of your private event

In order to fulfill your requirements, we offer two types of service:

• Supplier Sourcing: Com’une Orchidée retains an extensive list of contacts from which your event organizer will source the ideal suppliers to meet all the requirements for your event. The logistics and coordination of the event are then managed by you.

• Supplier Sourcing and logistics management: This service offers the same benefits as Supplier Sourcing above, and in addition, your event planner will take care of all the price negotiations and supplier management.
